Please remember the following PRIOR to ordering
– Orders must be received no later than 7 business days prior to the date needed onsite. Orders within 7 days will be filled on a space available basis and will be confirmed after the order is placed. Please give us as much notice as possible. We can process orders up to 60 days in advance.
– Fill in all relevant fields. Should you have additional questions, please feel free to contact us directly via email.
– Tracking numbers will be emailed at time of processing and prior to shipping.
– Gently used items and containers should be returned in the shipping container at the conclusion of the event and returned for processing and/or donating to a local charity/school system.
– Tripkits should be returned as soon as the event concludes. Any delays should be communicated to us as soon as possible.
Here’s a handy guide to know what sized kit to order for each meeting type. Of course you can always add to each of the pre-filled kits or create your own kit based off of your past experiences.
Large Kits – Larger meetings such as Marketing Meetings, Franchise Meetings, NSM (multiple kits possible), Product Launches, etc. Staff sizes generally over 8-10.
Medium Kits – Medium sized meetings like Investigator Meetings, Product Meetings – Medium sized staff between 5-8 staff
Small Kits – Small meetings where there is 1-2 staff. Ideal for Hospitality Desks.
Ad Board Kits – All the inclusions of the small kit, PLUS 2 reams of white paper, extra post it notes, additional binder clips and 1 box of large tent cards.
Incentive Kits – Even smaller kits than our small size, customized for incentive programs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
– Tripkits will be shipped out at least 1 week prior to your international event to allow time to clear customs in the destination city.
– Due to the possible high cost of shipping office supplies internationally, we can pre-ship the kit to the Program Manager/Staff prior to their departure to hand carry in their luggage. Upon your return to the United States, the kit should be re-boxed and shipped back to our office.
– All customs documentation will be included in your shipment for both the outbound and return. This includes the shipping label, customs forms/commercial invoice and packing slip. There will be a set of paperwork included in the kit for the return shipment.
